Python code to insert text on videos

I need a python to add text to vídeos. The video layout is attached. There is 5 fields to add the texts and the commands are in a txt file. The file indicates the font, size and color of the text. The first setting is for the field 1 (question) and the second setting is for the field 2,3,4,5 (answer options). It has to break lines when it reach the margin. One or more fields could be empty.
