The timeline really depends on the level of detail required for the monitoring agents to retrieve from the websites - however there are a number of good existing NodeJS modules that could be used which provide the individual metrics you are probably looking for. Therefore, it shouldn't take too long to aggregate them all together into a dashboard of some sort.
