Python program that encryption and decryption text files using 3 ciphers

i need a python programmer for a simple application.
which can search for txt files on a pc.
then encrypt the text using 3 different ciphers like "ceasar cipher" i need 2 transposition cipher and 1 subsitution cipher. combine the ciphers into one main "product cipher"
having a key for decrypt
i have uploaded example of ceasar and vigeneCipher
after the files are all encrypted.
the user can decrypt by using the "key"
