Pytorch - Object Detection adaptation

Hello there. I'm an expert python developer and a machine learning engineer. I've worked on text extraction from documents here before(PDFs). And even have an ongoing project working on the same problem. Object detection approaches hardly work well on this although there are other deep learning models that work on this kind of problem. If you have a fixed structure of the document then it maybe be better to not use machine learning at all. Feel free to send me a sample of the documents to discuss more

It doesn't sound like an ML project. If you need to extract information from a word document in .doc or docx format, what you need is to parse the document (which is itself an xml file). I have worked on projects with similar objectives. I would love to collaborate.
