i can do it using python and your relay is fine so no need for circuit only a voltage shift for flowsensor output so i can do this

Dear Sir, I would like to present my self as prospective candidate to do your project. I have sound knowledge in Raspberry Pi Hardware and software. I also have knowledge in Python Language and programming. Which are essential knowledge needed for successful completion of your project. In addition to the hardware you have, you will also need a voltage level convertor to convert 5V sensor out put to 3.3V. Raspberry Pi GPIO in put voltage level is 3.3V. and if you connect the flow sensor directly it will burn Raspberry Pi. How ever I would like to suggest you different approach to achieve your goal.
