Real-time audio processing and integration of a deep learning model for prediction

The project proposal involves integrating a deep learning model for sound event prediction on a Raspberry Pi. The model has been developed using transfer learning techniques, and it is currently giving predictions every second. However, there is difficulty in integrating the model with the Raspberry Pi. The project will involve analyzing the current architecture of the model to identify the integration issues with the Raspberry Pi. A suitable interface for the Raspberry Pi will be designed and implemented to allow for seamless integration with the deep learning model. The final deliverable will be a working system that can run the sound event prediction model on the Raspberry Pi and give accurate predictions every second. The project is expected to take approximately four months, with deliverables including a detailed design document, source code, and a working prototype.
