Brief ===== Develop a System / Tool for "Sentiment Analysis" and "Opinion Mining" based on the phrases / statements stored in a database. ->The Sentiment analysis results will be classified as Positive , negative Or Neutral along with the percentage calculated from the analysis. ->The Opinion Mining results will be categorized on the basis of opinions derived from the phrases / statements stored in the database. ->The system / tool shall use a set store(a text file or a database) for stop words and polarity indexes where new information data can be Added , updated or removed. -> The System / tool will keep on refining the stop words and polarity index for words on a regular basis. Constraints =========== -> The Technical Environment for development of the system / tool , will have to discussed and agreed upon prior to development. -> No Propriety or License based NLTK / tool should be a part of the finished system /tool.
