Looking for a python function or group of functiuons that can complete this req for a CTF; 'I have encoded <2> words seperated by a space in the following method: uppercase word -> base64 -> rot-N -> uppercase Send back the decoded message in <2> seconds for a flag KUYKJ1GVKJMDGKCIGKBVGAYYG0WJGJ5YIZR=' The input is random per session (made up of words from a [login to view URL] I already have) and the reply has to be sent within 2 seconds. I can set the input for the functions on my own.
