I would like a tool that will scrape information for all listings that appear in a Zillow search. The user will input the URL which contains information regarding the geographic search area as well as other search criteria (example: [login to view URL],-NJ_rb/). The scraper will then output an excel file containing the following information for each listing:
- List Price
- Zestimate
- Square footage
- Price per square foot (calculated using List Price and Square footage)
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Days on Zillow
- Property Taxes
- Listing type (e.g. For Sale or Foreclosure)
- Address
- HOA fees
- Type of Property (Single Family/Multi Family/Condo)

I've actually very recently workerd on a zillow scraper and still have it. For 20$ I will gladly give it to you. Rigt now the scraper can pull all the data that you want except 3 (Fees, taxes and price per square). This, however, is not hard to add on, and I will gladly do it if you hire me.
