I am working with daily climate gridded data from a big netCDF file covering all europe with a 0.25x0.25 degree resolution for the 1950 to 2017 period which has one variable. As the data is in daily terms you would have to convert it to montly avareges and then extract the data for France and Spain. The tasks should be done in R software. Expected tasks: 1. transform daily data to monthly avarages for the varibale of interest, 2. extract the data for France and Spain, 3. write data in csv format (panel data like). Attached you will find a xlsx file with an example of the output table I am expecting. Expected outputs: 1. csv format file for France 2. csv format file for Spain 3. R script capable to perform the mentioned tasks. Data source: [login to view URL] (go to E-OBS datafiles 1950-01-01 - 2017-12-31 section, then 0.25 degree regular grid, then best estimate column, then download RR) Thanks.
