Need mobile app coder

i just need to develop an app which takes inputs like weights , biceps , BMI all body stats either in inches , pounds or percentages and save this data to S3 or dynamodb in aws . Admin should be able to search the user and complete his form ...Later when the user logs in he should be able to see this data for that user only last ranking should be done by each criteria(by weight lost , inches lost ) and within the group of users ( reporting )
