Real Estate Strategy Analyst
$25-50 USD / hour
You will be part of the Global Real Estate team that handles real estate strategy and space optimization. We need your help for 3-8mths to support our internal team to run analysis and financial models for some of our current and new offices around the world. You need to be fluent in spreadsheets and simple financial modeling (mainly NPV). You also need to be resourceful and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. While data modeling and analysis are key, it will be helpful (but not necessary) for you to have a real estate or architectural background. You also need to be confident and comfortable with interfacing with our internal associates from around the world, both to obtain data you need and to present your analysis. Given the global spread of our real estate portfolio, the hours could vary, but take comfort that you'll be part of an extremely supportive and friendly team. As for location, you can be anywhere.
