Recruiting of managing director in Poland

Our group of companies is offering a wide range of transportation services, starting from airport transfers, private and group excursions & guided city and sightseeing tours, corporate transportation services, professional travel transportation services, transfers to ski resorts. At the moment we are searching for a managing director for our polish transport company. So we would need a help of a professional: either simply with consultations, where to search for suitable candidates, which resources do we need, what information is important for polish job-seeker and especially those of managing level.
