We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to support our Recruiting team. We are looking for an individual that can quickly identify resumes/contact info for active and passive job seekers for open positions in the USA.
Looking for experience using common resourcing tools: LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster, Facebook, etc. (experience with Boolean strings)
Ideally, we'd prefer someone with experience in the Engineering and Construction arena with an ability to understand the type of person/skills that are required.
Open positions are a combination local support and travelers. We typically have 20+ openings at any given time and search needs could change daily.
Common roles/skillsets we are looking for:
Project Managers (Construction)
Engineers (Electrical, Structural, Civil, Mechanical)
Project Controls (Cost, Accounting, Scheduling, Planners)
Superintendents (Electrical, Industrial, Commercial, Traveling)
