Animator needed with AE Metropolitan Pack or C4D City Pack Experience

I am looking for an animator who has expert knowledge of using Element 3D with Metropolitan pack in AE or Cinema 4D with City Pack. I have some animations that need to be created for a corporate client, so you could re-use current models you have created and make changes for my particular client logos etc. trucks driving by with our logos etc. First animation will be flying down a city street in buildings, on the sides of that street you will composite shots I will green screen of their employees standing with equipment. so camera flies by them as goes down street. Please note I have not put a budget on this until I find an expert with this, at that point I will give very detailed requirements and you will give me a project estimate.
