Architectural Services - Renovating a 1980s colonial style home

We are in the process of purchasing a home that will need significant renovation. We would like to convert this home from colonial to a farm style house as much as possible without having to significantly change the structure of the home. I'd like to find someone who can work with us in creating a phased approach in executing this work. The home is all brick, 2600 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. I'll be able to provide pictures as soon as the home is purchased. I'm putting commercial terms on here because it's required but I honestly have no idea what something like this ought to cost using this service. I know what people charge as firms here locally and would like to see what my options might be.
