The house details is as follow :- Basement:- design to be neoclassic, , the basement has theater. Ground floor:- 1 living room, majlis, kitchen with dinning area, 1 large living room. Stairs is constructed and it should hidden light under each step. Landscape to be included... new classic design elegant and luxury. Second floor:- 1 master bedroom, and 2 children room, and one living room, and one small kitchen (buffet). new classic design elegant and luxury (In the floor plan it will show 4 bed room, 2 bed room where merge to one master room) Third floor:- roof garden should have jacuzzi, family setting area in front of the roof garden for BBQ. new classic design elegant .. I need the designer to do the following:- - design Ideas, new classic, simple elegant. - 3D images and 3D walkthrough. Picture has to be realistic. - Furniture. From some of the major suppliers in Saudi Arabia Khobar or Dammam such as:- IKEA or [login to view URL] additional furniture store website can be provided. - Designer should include the electricity points, keys, plugs, light, lamps, locations. Please note I am planning to have smart home so it should be considered during design. In addition, designer should include the required quantity of all electrical material - Floor will be Granite Flooring, with rugs. - Ceiling is very important it will be gybsum board. Preferably multi layer or as per the provided picture. - all paint colors should be included. In addition am open to any new ideas or recommendations. - All required material with quantity, should be included as part of the project. - Am open to new interior design ideas please feel free to explain. - The external design of the house will be stone finish please refer to attached example, nevertheless the designer should include it in the design this will also be for the house and fence. All bathroom will have Granite wall, the Granite wall it will be included in some part of the house as required by the owner.
