180324 Looking for 3d Max Modeller - Package 11

Hello freelancer 3d modeler, I have a project which requires several 3d max modelers. If you available to work anytime from 21st of March to 7th May 2018, please send me a link to your portfolio at nash@[login to view URL] It's a design development work, which involves 3D Max modeling and rendering. This is the scope of work 1. To produce a photorealistic interior perspectives rendering using 3d Max. 2. Basic building model will be provided in Sketch-Up, Rhinos and 3d Max model format. 3. Existing model, material and finishes will be provided, you need to apply to the model. You may need to add some additional material. 4. We will require you to send multiple draft images to reflect the changes that we send to you on daily basis. 5. Please expect some design changes during the modeling and rendering process. Most of the time I will send you the updated model, but sometime I will ask you to revise the model. 6. Payment milestone will be in several stages depending on the complexity of the project, example: first draft, 2nd draft and final delivery. 7. Delivery of project: a) Jpeg format 5000x3400 dpi and b) 3dMax model complete with the materials at 3D Max 2015 version. 8. Deadline: 7th May 2018
