3D modelling in SketchUp of house extension

Planning an extension to our house and would like help to prepare a 3D rendered model that we can walk through. Key output requirements:
- an overall model of the whole house block (including levels) and original house (doesn't need to be detailed)
- dimensionally accurate model of the additions/changes
- furniture to be added so we can get a sense of spaces/volumes
- some iteration on rendered surfaces, room sizes etc
- completed within a week
We will provide
- Autocad of site and feature survey
- photos of original house and site plan
- floor plan of the extension/additions.
- photos of furniture/finishes/etc
