I need a 3D video cartoon for kids muslim education project

I want to make an animated 3D cartoon video for a kid's project. The cartoon is made of a single character who explains how to make Dhikr (Muslim will understand), I will explain it if needed. The video must be around 2:30 minutes maximum, contains french subtitles and a male kid voice over in french as well. I have the script ready but I don't have the draft of the scenes since I don't know how to draw. I have at least the wireframe of the project.
