Identify Address Standardization API, Tools, Best Practices

**Overview** We are looking for someone experienced with address standardization for the United States Postal Service. Below is what we are looking to accomplish: 1. Locate the best tools for agile development of business logic to convert an address into a standard form. 2. Identify an API interface for internal use by business processes. 3. Document for our development team the resulting best practice, after an evaluation of the available tools. **Deliverables** ? At the close of this task we are looking for a report of available resources and tools wether they are open source, commercial or otherwise. ? We require that this be research only. ? We do not require any software to be created, or source code to be generated.
