We will work to leverage your skill set as available, but we do have some basic projects necessary for our business to function. We are looking for the right person, not just a certain type of skill. We need someone willing to work hard and smart and understand the goals that need to be accomplished.
Initially we will work with you on one project. We are willing to work with your schedule and the hours you are looking for. We are thinking this role will be 5-15 week but will grow over the next 6 months. Once established, hours worked will likely be fairly flexible - though there will be projects that are time sensitive.
