I need type Basic - 0, Medium - 10, Expert - 20, Code - 20 questions for every technology or skill.
Skill can be programming language (e.g. PHP, Java, C++, C etc), framework (e.g. Laravel, Codeigniter, Bootstrap, Qt etc), software (e.g. Joomla, Autocad, Firefox etc), operating system (e.g. Android, iOS, Windows, Linux), concept (e.g. REST, source version control), data format (e.g. XML, JSON etc.) etc.
