The scope of stakeholders for a disaster recovery plan is organization-wide. Therefore, it requires executive buy in and sponsorship. For this task, create a PowerPoint presentation for the executive leadership within your chosen organization. Provide information necessary to help these leaders to make a decision regarding the disaster recovery strategy for the organization. In your presentation, be sure to include the following:
1. Justification of the plan
2. Identification of risks
3. Potential costs including financial and human resources
4. Potential outside entities involved in the plan
5. Use of laymen’s terms as opposed to technical terms that non-IT professionals may understand (remember, they need to understand it to buy into it)
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included. Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
