The task is: Assume that you are a project manager, working with a small team of different skills and levels to deliver a project. You are required to prepare, organize and submit a report using both (MS Project file and word file) and this report will be used as learning/reference material for other people in your team.
The project theme is at the discretion of you. However, it must be a project, and hence have a definite start and finish as well as the coordination of people and resources.
The project can be derived from work or other personal experience. For example, you may choose a project that is related to your work, purchasing and installation of new machinery/equipment, small IT project or, starting a small business.
Requirements:
1. The work will need to be approximately 2000 to 2500 words (provide a plagiarism report).
2. In addition to the report, you will need to submit the MS Project file which must be readable by MS Project, and reflecting the whole project details, tasks, plan, cost and resources.
