Australian Workforce Research

We are looking for a desktop researcher, ideally in the HR space, who can conduct research using readily available (free) sources online on the topics below: * General Australian workforce trends, including - Demographic trends - Work areas/skills that are growing, declining (particularly in Australia, also then US and UK) - Types of work large organisations hire directly or outsource (particularly in Australia, also then US and UK) * How do other large Australian organisations make the gig economy work? - Which platforms do they use? - What types of jobs/work do they advertise? - How many roles do they typically advertise at any one time? - Any other relevant and useful information. - If an Australian example cannot be found, please research US or UK Telecommunications organisations instead. Relevant research should be summarised into key findings/bullet points under each topic, including the source for each piece of information listed (a web address can be considered suitable as a source). Expected timeline for delivery: 2-3 days.
