We are looking for a super detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to work in USA timezone (CST).
1. Assist in preparing and communicating requests for quote to suppliers.
2. Work with specific specs and communicate clearly and specifically with suppliers.
3. Review supplier quotes and prepare price comparison summaries based on quotes and specs.
4. Analyze various stock levels reports, as well as sales reports for various products and ingredients.
5. Follow SOP diligently and work seamlessly in a team environment
6. Work and negotiate with suppliers regarding stock availability, delivery schedule, pricing
7. Perform all other administrative or support tasks needed
* Excellent oral & written English communication skills (US English)
* Able to work 30-40/hr each week in USA timezone (CST)
* 3+ years of purchasing experiences
* A proactive problem-solve; Ability to multi-task
* Has high attention to detail – can verify their own work
* Extremely organized
