Rock Star Virtual Assistant

Hello! I am looking for a rock star that is comfortable taking charge, suggesting ideas, and owning a project. The perfect person will be highly organized, detail orientd and have extensive experience in lead generation, research, CRM management, and knowing how to read between the lines. This job will start with several small projects to gauge how well we work together. The right person will be offered a full-time position within the firm. Daily tasks will include sourcing leads through LinkedIn, updating our HubSpot CRM, responding to emailed requests, calendar and email management, process documentation creation and formatting, etc. The person I am looking for can think Z to A with the end result in mind and will do whatever it takes to reach that end result. We are insanely focused on results and are looking for the next addition to our team that can grow and scale with us.
