Scrape and Analyze Adwords Ads

What we require is a free standing application, (.exe). This needs to be an application that is user friendly and intuitive to use. It will be run on a Windows XP system. Specifically, we run Google Adwords advertisements, and we need to regularly check that they are showing, independently from the reporting the Adwords system provides. IMPORTANT>>> We will show a definite preference to any bidder who can demonstrate already having created similar software Requirements ------ 1) We provide a file (Excel preferably) containing a list of keywords and URLs. Each keyword (or keyphrase) has a single URL, and this is the URL our Adwords ad points to, which can be found by scraping the Adwords ads. It is not the visible URL in the ads, but the URL the ad uses when clicked on. 2) The software runs a search for each keyword in turn, scrapes the Adwords results, and determines if an ad with the matching URL is showing. 3) The software outputs a file with 3 fields - the keyword, the URL, and a field indicating whether the ad is showing. Preferably it would indicate the positon of the ad (1-10 or 0) instead of just Y/N. The URL within the Adwords ads to be scraped looks like this: [url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view] The part that reads "[url removed, login to view]" is the part we wish to look at. * We would want to check thousands of keywords. * The easiest URL to scrape from is [url removed, login to view] - it only displays ads * The URL to add a keyword to would initially be [url removed, login to view] * Initially the software would only look at USA ads, but we would like to be able to change the base search URL to other countries, by changing the gl= field - for example a UK search would use gl=uk. * Only the first 10 ads need to be looked at
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
