List Building Software

I need someone to quickly develop some list building software which will help people to build a list quickly and in an automated manner. I do not have a full specification for the software, so you will need to make suggestions as to what is possible and what you can do. I would prefer that the software is web based, but this is not essential. It needs to be easy to install. I would prefer something which will work with Aweber, 1shoppingcart and Getresponse, but this is not essential. Alternatively, if you come up with something which cannot be integrated with the big 3 named above, but works independently then I will consider this too. The software is to be marketed as an exicting product which will help marketers massively increase the size of their lists with very little manual intervention. Please report back with your suggestions with what you can do. I will be paying you for both your research & creative skills as well as your technical skills. I need this done ASAP.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Web based preferably. If not then Windows based. Mac is optional.
