(Four Positions 100% Online) Base + Commission Sales / Customer Service for Startup

The Role: We're building a 6 person laser-focused, motivated-by-commission sales and customer support team for a quickly growing startup! Candidates must respond to customers within within 1 minute. Team needed 18 hours a day ideally, but most importantly from (PST) 7am-8pm. Compensation: $6-10/hour with base pay + commission. For those main 13 hours, exact payment terms will be $0.25-$0.50/first response within 1 minute and $.10 if a response is in > 1 minute. In addition, 2.5%-10% commission on converted sales, which has equaled $6-10/hour for past hires. The ranges are based on speed, experience, and evaluation after paid training. Companies normally go through multiple quotes, repetitive negotiations, phone calls, emails, texts, even faxes, just to get some branded packaging made. We have over 1400 paying customers including Samsung, Twitter, and JapanCrate, and we need help selling boxes and putting smiles on our customers' faces! Feel free to design a test box at [login to view URL], or see some of our happy customers on Instagram at [login to view URL] :) Role Details: We average 8 to 15 new live chat conversations/emails a day with 0 marketing, and are investing in a campaign where we expect those numbers to 5-10X within 1 month. We will pay for training for 5-15 representatives, choosing 2 to 6 to begin with. For 90% of initial messages that come to us, we have copy and paste replies that we know invoke good responses from our customers. After that, however, it is up to you to leave a customer satisfied, happy about his/her experience, and hopefully, with some packaging on the way to their doorstep! Training: ~1-2 hour paid training which you will be compensated $8 for. You will essentially have limited access to our CRM, and assign "tags" to users.
