Need an Outbound Caller

I am looking for a few people who can help call/cold call businesses and offer them my writing and editing services. I would provide notes such as what to say, etc. The key is to try to get their email so we can contact them, or to set up a second call so I can call them about potential work they may have and hopefully increase sales. Must speak perfect English and the phone number you call from must look like it is in the US. You would leave a message if they didn't answer. You would have to log everything, and take recordings. Someone with experience will have all of these tools. I would prefer to pay a flat rate per phone call or per week... something we can agree on. Hourly never works because people say they are doing one thing, when really, they aren't making many calls at all. I purposely add phone numbers of people I know so that they are called, so trying to pull a fast one won't work. To apply, please include a recording of a call you have done or something.
