We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can work under pressure.

Closing rate of 25% (now, in vacations), 50% in high season
Sales Cycle is Short 7-14 days
HR is already there, the team is already there (30 in your department), we can scale up to 100, 500 people very quickly. We can scale internationally.

Disadvantages:
A startup is super chaotic, lots of responsibilities (check our Culture Code). Stress is high. Don't apply if your fragile or a branch-hopper. This might be your single greatest offer. People are though to manage online. Make sure you have experience.
