We are looking to engage the services of a freelancer to generate leads for our Australian based company through Telemarketing. Our business represents a College that enrols students in On line Diploma courses. The benefit of the program is that the course fees are covered for Australian Citizens under the Australian Government VET Fee Help program. We are looking for somebody to qualify leads with a certain criteria and send them through to our internal sales team to convert into an enrolment. An understanding of VET Fee help or "Study Now, Pay Later" would be advantageous.

We have first-language English speakers, with an accent that is close to Australian (including some Australian callers in our call centre). All calls are digitally recorded. We can provide samples sound files on request. We have a structured process to ensure quality outcomes. We will use a three-time call back - we won't leave voicemail. We are set-up for Australian calling, working under relevant telemarketing laws (We have a Australian phone number that can be called back- it appears to be based in Melbourne, but dials our Christchurch office for the cost of an Australian domestic call. Being based in New Zealand, our time zones match closely, but we can offer a more cost-effective service than an equivalent Australian provider. Your request doesn't identify factors that need to be considered - will you provide calling lists that are screened to manage the 'do not call' telemarketing requirements of Australia? Therefore we've made assumptions: (1) You will provide screened calling numbers. If not, we will add $370 to the project fee or reduce the calling hours by 12 (2) You are buying 'calling hours'.
