Telesales selling property letting management service
£5-10 GBP / hour
I require telemarketers/ sales professionals who have experience in property, ideally from an estate agency background. You will need to have a network within industries such as estate agents, domestic cleaning, property maintenance, tenant reference agencies, domestic gardeners, tradespeople, energy brokers, interior designers, decorators, estimators/ surveyors, flooring companies, landlord publications.
This role is mostly commission based with very realistic targets with the potential to earn a few hundred pounds per referal. Strong relationship skills are necessary to ensure success in this role as deals will be obtained through recommendations.
Partnership selling experience a big advantage. A keen interest in property an advantage.
