I need a navigation bar that is easy to update sitewide. I also need to be able to add a drop down menu and update it sitewide. I've attached an example of the way I would like it to look. I will send a link to the site I am working on to serious inquiries only. I need someone that can do this fast and efficient.

I need the footer of the site to be easy to update sitewide. It will have navigation text links and copyright information. Very simple.
