Creating a pi (pi 4 8gb ram) powered box that uses gPhoto2 ([login to view URL]) to controll a cannon EOS Rebel T7i and ring light. We want the recording to start with a button and display prompts on a LCD screen until the end of the time limit (10 minutes). We want the recording to start and stop after each person is done recording. Hope you need to automate a camera,lighting and screen to record 10 minute session max and according to the button input. This can be automated in python. Do you need to boot Pi with your logo on the screen and strating the application in screen automatically. As my camera is not Canon, I assume for testing you have a pi connected to the camera,if possible install anydesk/TeamViewer for a remote session. I can have a look on this.
