Themed link building service

Description

We need 200 one way themed links per month (no recpirocal links or farms), with a PR of 2-6. A minimum of 100 links per month must be PR3+, with at least 25 links being PR4+ per month. At least 10 links per month must be PR5+. No PR 0 or 1. All links must be permanent, and on permanent HTML pages that are themed according to our keyword phrases. Anchor text must be based on our keywords, in different text combinations. No automated software or techniques - manual submissions only.

Aprox. 60% of link building should be focused on the following keyword phrases:

Essay writing, writing essays, essay writing service, custom essay writing

Aprox. 40% of link building should be focused on the following phrases:

Custom essays, buy essays, business essays, history essays.

(There is obviously a lot of cross-over in these 2 areas)

Additional details:

- Linked websites must be fully developed and current. No "under construction" sites.

- One link per domain

- No mirror sites or link schemes

- No unethical or black-hat tactics - no hidden links, redirects, etc.

- Link pages must be SEO friendly and on family-friendly, appropriately themed sites relevant to our content/keywords

- Links cannot be labeled as sponsored links or advertisements

- Anchor text cannot contain the rel=nofollow tag

- No submissions to sites that require ongoing payments, etc.

- We reserve the right to reject a link if it isn't appropriate or relevant

- Any posts on theme-related forums must contain useful and relevant information/questions, etc. Absolutely no spamming.

Please quote based on the entire project (1200 links). Payment will be made monthly for 6 months.

We will require a weekly excel report from you, that lists details for every link: the site's Title, URL, PR, the exact URL of the page containing the link, Anchor text and date submitted.
