Position: Marketing Manager for 10 websites Pay: $(name your price per month) Payments made at end of each month. ONLY FIRST MONTH IN ESCROW Project period: 6 months minimum - permanent position We are in the process of launching 10 websites. We are looking for the right individual to help up launch our websites one by one. We are looking for highly motivated, self starter, team player with a great attitude and strong communicator to join our team of, client driven, huge emphasis on customer service, technology and marketing oriented to our dating and community sites in the USA. You need to be on live chat all the time while you are working. Please note we are not looking for “you to give us one of your guys to help us out” it has to be your self who will be in charge of planning, implementing and executing the following task on a daily basis Stage one: Dec 2004 & Jan 2005 SEO marketing 1. Steup and clean-up our websites, urls, meta tags, etc. Everything used by search engines. 2. Submit site when launched to all search engines, not just the major one. 3. We need a URL manager (I want to see how a webpage will look like if spidered). 4. Looking for a Systematic approach of SEO 5. Web marketing and promotion strategies 6. Make the site spider friendly for selected pages 7. Setting up 1000's of keywords for each website. The winning bidder will have the following skills/knowledge/experience: - smart page/content placement and interlinking - keyword density and placement - html layout tricks - mod_rewrite for page names - mirror sites with site entry pages I need a SEO expert to help me with google/yahoo/msn optimization. I will not settle for meta tags and keyword spamming. Stage two: Feb-May (may lead to permanent position) Setting Weekly Goals: You will be in charge of planning, implementing and executing the following task on a weekly basis : Search Engine Optimization for our 10 websites. Monitoring Web traffic and study where the traffic has been coming from. Getting listed in search engines and writing/designing/coding to get pages ranked high in searches. Achieving keyword density and placement PUBLICITY The general plan involves issuing at least two press releases per month. Obtain relevant PR contact information from variety of resources Use online media directories such to compile a fuller list of target for PR Create press releases and optimize them so they can be found by search engines Link building Advertising to investigate online and of line advertising venues for promoting high-profit services. You will work from 9am to 5pm six days a week eastern standard time (New York).
