We are looking for a native Romanian SEO specialist to boost our organic rankings through an SEO campaign with white hat linkbuilding and content marketing. Our site already ranks well for many competitive national SEO keywords and we run a national PPC campaign. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and must have a proven track record with examples of results and rank increases from previous work. The candidate must also possess technical SEO skills and a deep knowledge and experience with link building campaigns. This will be an ongoing project long-term project. We are looking to agree a set monthly budget. Details of work to be carried out, each month: 1. Link building - 40 quality links - including 3-5 sponsored long-form articles (we will supply the content, but the cost of publishing articles must be included within the set monthly budget) - Monitoring of linking domains and spam prevention - Links will need to be built on Romanian websites in Romania, and Romanian websites in the UK (England, Wales and Scotland) Monthly deliverables: - Google Doc a. List of links created each month b. Account details (logins, passwords) used in link building - Summary monthly report, including the following metrics with commentary: a. Website traffic from organic google search b. Website visibility in TOP3/10/50 of SERP c. Excel/google docs report for all external links built as part of the linkbuilding activities d. Ahrefs report for links gained and lost e. SERP positions for selected keywords When responding to this job, please include an example case study showing the results that you were able to achieve in one of your past SEO engagements and an example of a monthly report you typically provide to your clients.
