I need at least 1000 hits per hour, they must each have a unique IP address. I need them consistently for as long as you can provide them. I don't care if they're real or by a bot or script as long as they have a unique IP address for each hit. Only take on this project if you are sure you can do a good job. My budget is $100 for 100,000 hits.
