SEO Assistant

I have an electric mobility scooter business called Active Scooters ([login to view URL]), based in Australia. Over the last 6 years, I've used many SEO, both within Australia and offshore, all with poor results. I have recently done a SEO course, and use MOZ and REMRUSH to help with my SEO campaign.
To make it very clear....I DO NOT want an SEO company to run my SEO campaign. I'm after an assistant to do exactly what I ask. For example, researching competitor links and creating similar high DA, do follow links.
It will be become clear who actually reads this project description and you'll make reference to my need for an assistant, not a company. I only want to deal with one person, not a team.
If all goes well, I'm happy to continue this work on an ongoing basis, as SEO never stops!
