I would like to build an Add-in for Outlook that allows users in my Microsoft 365 tenant to save email transcripts and attachments to a specified project folder in SharePoint.
1. It should be an Outlook add-in which triggers a popup whenever a user tries to compose or respond to an email
2. It should ask the user which project to assign the email to
3. Based on the project the user selects, a PDF export of the email along with all its attachments must be saved to the corresponding project folder in SharePoint
4. The Add-in should ensure that multiple users in the company cannot save the same email which has already been saved by a user
5. A code should be generated for each project and should be used to track and automatically save subsequent responses to any email that has already been saved, without any human intervention
6. When the add-in pops up, the user should be able to search through already stored projects, or select from one of the most frequently selected projects
7. Users should be able to save names of the projects and URL to the project folder in SharePoint.
