Implement SharePoint Online (according to scope)

I'm looking for an experienced SharePoint developer to help set up a SharePoint Online site. I have a full scope (with all groups, pages, permissions etc) but that document is very long and many sections are duplicates of each other. In other words - it's long and confusing. Basically I need: * One sub-site with about 8 sections * Most sections have announcements, a calendar, and a document library * The announcements will be a single list. A custom column is used to 'tag' announcements as relevant to certain sections. Then a custom view for each section picks up only the relevant announcements. * A document library template is needed (with common columns such as version #, and a common document approval workflow). Each section needs its own document library based on the template. * The document library workflow should: - Email the approver when a document is checked in - Ask approver for a comment and a tickbox to approve (or reject) the changes - Once the approver has done this, an email should be sent back to the person that checked it in advising them of the approval/rejection and the approvers comments. - The document should be approved (if the approval tickbox was ticked) * Calendars for each section are just plain old SharePoint calendars (no workflows etc) * All lists need custom permissions set. Ie. A section will be made up of a page that has announcements, the calendar, and the document library. That page, the calendar, and the document library all need permissions set. From that overview please provide a ballpark price. Please also provide details of relevant experience (eg. a similar job you did on freelancer.com, or a few screenshots of a similar job, or even just a written overview of a similar SharePoint job you have completed). As mentioned I am after someone experienced so bids without any reference to similar work won't be considered for this job. I will provide the full scope to freelancers with relevant experience. Once you have a read of that you can adjust your budget if needed, then I'll award the job. I have a fairly tight (but I think very achievable) timeline on this one. Looking for most work to be complete within about a week (then tweaks and the approval workflow to be completed within another week).
