Rejigging our Sharepoint for Mac users

We are a mac only company using 365 including Sharepoint as a central file store replicating files onto individual macs via OneDrive.
We want to charge or company name and revamp the file structure but find that personal OneDrive vs Sharepoint confuses us completely as it seems to default to the personal drive all the time and we lose access to files.
We need a Shrepoint expert with Mac experience to help us setup our system.
