I have one content Database which has size now 500GB and it has only one site collection and many subsites under it. So, My plan is to separate some subsites and import in newly created database as a site collection. URL will be same . nothing should break(Meaning workflow,infopath)

I am planning to separate subsites which is 100GB and 50GB and more.
