Need powershell script help - 2

I'm working on some scripts to prepare an active directory for Office 365 synchronization including duplicates invalid characters and such. I currently have a couple of scripts one Pines and adds or removes proxy addresses which seems to be working okay the other needs to search all domains for duplicates using a feed file then i want to rename the duplicates with the script Ultimately the problem statement is I have the idee fixe tool from Microsoft and I'm rectifying it with a script. That means I have duplicate mail nicknames in proxy addresses that need to be removed and proxy addresses with invalid characters that need to be removed I have a sheet with the DN of each user and record that needs to be edited
