Windows Batch File --- Tail a log , starting from a certain key word , untill completion key word basis which we need to define its exit status

Need windows batch file to tail a log... and grep for 3 scenarios and give echo and exit code as per the scenario. Can accept only batch or powershell scripts as no installation of 3rd party exe or software allowed. Example tail a log , start searching for key word "File E:\Dokona\XMI\Srv_CFR\Input\[login to view URL]" untill Archiving information File E:\Dokona\XMI\Srv_CFR\Input\[login to view URL] was archived as E:\Dokona\XMI\Srv_CFR\Input\Archive\CFR_07-JUL-21_2.TXT.* In between need to check for 2 kinds of message "File Loading terminated" or "not loaded" and echo these and do exit 1 as failure
