I need shopify app builder

Hi

I am looking for someone who can create for me app for shopify stores. I am doing Print on Demand Tshirts (POD) and want to start send them as a dropshipper for my customers. I am looking for an app where my customers can create they own designed (t-shirts, hoodies) and app will add them to their store, after that when they get order for tshirt my app will fullfill it.

I think this is not very complicated app for someone expirenced.

I am sending a link to website where guy using same app which I am interested for but he is printing phone wallet cases. I need same but for apparel: [login to view URL]

Pls let me know if is any chance to get app like this and if you have any problems with checking his app.
