Need Shopify Expert ( upsell/crossell, analyze conversion funnel)

I am looking for an awesome Shopify expert that understands apparel sales. Someone who can analyze the sales funnel and see maybe why people are not fully converting and how to fix that Need to set up a few things that can raise sales for 2 sites such as: - analyze current Upsell/Cross sell (make changes if needed) - Zipify- Set up One-Click Upsell After checkout - Add Scarcity to enhance conversion - Quantity discount to improve Avg. Cart Value - Website Speed Optimization look into things like - Eliminate redering JS/CSS - browser caching - gzip compression Make loading time 3 sec or lower Get A or B rating on [login to view URL] - Need to add Low stock alert (Notifications for low stock & ability for customers to request notification when back in stock) - Analyzing Bounce rate and offer solution to fix - Review abandoned cart campaigns and see if can do better for conversions - Set up Alert for out stock items (need one that shows up for variants sold out, not only shows up when entire item is sold out, so if someone is looking for a certain size and it is sold out, they can get notified when it is back in stock
